Pastoral Profile
Chesterfield Community Church of God is prayerfully seeking a spiritually mature, biblically grounded, and visionary Senior Pastor to lead the congregation into its next season of ministry. We seek a pastor who loves Jesus Christ wholeheartedly, faithfully teaches and applies God’s Word, and demonstrates Christ-like character, integrity, humility, emotional maturity, and a genuine shepherd’s heart. The pastor will provide spiritual and visionary leadership while working collaboratively with the Board of Elders, staff, and ministry leaders; develop and equip leaders and volunteers; strengthen discipleship across generations; and build unity while honoring the church’s heritage. A strong candidate will have pastoral leadership and preaching experience, sound biblical knowledge, effective communication and organizational skills, and an appreciation for the theology and heritage of the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana).
